The aim of the research: studying of carbon based nanostructures mechanism forming during its deposition from enhanced energy flows at strongly nonequilibrium conditions. The methods of the research: the electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, X-ray fluorescence analysis, Raman and photoelectron spectroscopy, nanoindentation. Research results: the principles of diffraction maximums intensities redistribution from the metall-fullerene crystals during variating of the fullerite crystal empties, which were predominantely occupied with foreign atoms and its concentrations, were established. The structure of C60 -Bi films, obtained during co- and separate condensation of C60 and metal atoms flows, was investigated. It was shown that during the deposition of the accelerated C60 ions, the nanocomposite carbon films with high value of hardness and conduction were formed. The models of the structure formation of the metal-fullerene condensates with the two-phase and clathrate structure and the nanocomposite carbon coatings during the deposition of the ion-molecular flows were suggested. The investigation results could be used during the creation of the protective coatings and the functional elements in the new generation devices, based on molecular units.
