Purpose of the work is revelation of new regularities and effects in films and their compositions. Research methods are X-ray diffractometry, electron microscopy, measurement methods of magnetic, electrical, magneto-resistance properties etc. New phenomena are investigated: interaction effects and ordering the magnetization of EuS ferromagnetic layers through SrS non-magnetic interlayers; effective magnetic anisotropy is estimated and physical mechanisms of its temperature dependence in superlattices Co/Cu(111) are analysed; influence of dimensional, compositional and structure factors on magnetic and magneto-resonance characteristics of nanostructured films materials is established; the regularities of oxide growth onto a surface Nb are established; the specific features of non-linear electronic transport in dynamical nanostructures are studied.
