The aim of the research: to find out an a new principles of the processes in the solid under interaction with plasma, hard electromagnetic radiation and with high-energy particles in the wide range of action parameters, as well as to designing the scientific principles of the complex improvement of the physical-mechanical properties of constructional and functional materials of thermonuclear reactors (particulary ITER) and spacecrafts. The methods of the research: X-ray diffractometry of structure and X-ray tensometry. Research results: the new knowledge about changing of structural-phase and stressed state of tungsten, zirconium, Ti - Zr - Ni quasi-crystals plates and bismuth films under the influence of the wave-corpuscle factors were obtained. The dominant mechanisms of radiation-thermal stimulated processes and damages for wide range of corpuscular-energy loadings were identificated. The physical models of the evolution of structural and stressed state of constructional and functional materials under the influence of the high-energy flows were designed. The recommendations for programming of the necessary level of the service characteristics of the constructional and functional materials were designed.
