Research of modern state of ecological expertise methodology has been made for the first time. This allowed to determine place of wide- and narrowband acoustic noise at anthropogenic impact on human being, animals, and structures. Results meet the world level of acoustics and acoustic ecology. Mathematical models of data transmission control were created for heterogenic computer networks (HCN). Topology design techniques for HCN data transmission systems were developed .
