The conclusions about dynamic of economic crises and world experience of preventive marketing management will assist to the following development of the theory of crises management. Degree of introduction - almost one hundred per cent of results of the work has been implemented into the educational process for magister of management and marketing in V.N. Karazin Kharkov National University. Also it has been implemented partly in business sector. The results of scientific-research work, which are in this report, are useful for making concrete decision of scientific-research and scientific- practical tasks. They are: - preliminary and final evaluation financial results of marketing management; - substantiation specialized marketing management decision, which are able to influence on components of the socio-economic results of marketing activities; - forming internal marketing taking into account existing and future cross-cultural business relationships; - the process of designing and forming educational programs for crises marketing managers; - forming crises policy in foreign economy activity of enterprise. The field of use is the higher education, industrial enterprises, social programs. Economic efficiency is a decrease of a risk of developing of crises phenomena; providing skills of managing preventive activities and prevent unmanageable complex contradictions in the economy. Prognoses, supposition about development of research object - the object of research is perspective for further scientific knowledge, which is constantly changing.
