The kernels of permanent establishments are separations of Luhansk Strict Nature Reserve Stanichno-Luganskaya department, Streltsovskaya steppe department, Provalskaya steppe department, Trehizbenskaya steppe department by a general area 5403 hectare. The complex of bioenvironmental indexes that characterize the basic aspects of vital functions of predatory birds and owls is analysed: specific variety, quantity and closeness of population, nesting, feed.Basic threatening factors that influence on the state of populations of predatory birds are certain, the state of populations of separate kinds and tendency of their dynamics is appraised in the conditions of anthropogenic the changed environment. On the basis of biomarkers certain territories with the increased biovariety of birds and reasonable suggestions are in relation to the improvement of maintenance of this group in the conditions of agrarian-industrial east of Ukraine.
