The experimental methods of inventory of zoo-, phyto-, and soil diversity of the antropization biotopes have been selected. The criterias of their sozological value were selected also. Initial lists of vertebrates, terrestrial snails and freshwater mollusks, which has indicated significance for sozological valuation, have been created. Specificity of ecotopes allocation of dominant species of the birds, fish, terrestrial and freshwater mollusks at Western Ukraine have been indicated. Criteria for allocation important local groups and particular territories have been developed.
