Processing of data was carried out by use of computer technologies and software. During performance of research: the essence and problems of engaging and use of investments in the enterprises is theoretically shown; the order of forming of the investment strategy of industrial enterprises is substantiated; the basic problems of adaptation of foreign investment experience in practice of activity of the domestic industrial enterprises have been defined; the basic elements of structure of the mechanisms of engaging and use of foreign investments in the industrial enterprises are formed; theoretical results are practically tested. Results of research: the components of mechanisms of engaging and use of foreign investments in the industrial enterprises are developed. Research was spent in PI "NVF "AleNik".
