The aim is to develop mechanisms of adaptation and risk management activities in the industry. In the course of research used a systematic and comprehensive approaches. Methods: Analysis and Synthesis in the study of the concepts of "risk", "adaptation", the expert survey method in determining the components of risk management, the method of factor analysis - to determine the influence of factors internal and external environment, the method of economic-mathematical modeling - to identify risks in of machine-building enterprises, the method of the graph - to build a logical model of the structural mechanism of adaptation of enterprises to the global financial crisis. Data processing was performed by use of computer technology and software. During the performance: based on analysis of existing scientific approaches defined the basic concepts and categories of "risks", "adaptation"; the analysis of the factors studied and their impact on the risk; the algorithm of enterprise risk analysis and assessed the nature of the manifestations of crisis conditions; a method for identifying risks in the industry; developed a mechanism to adapt the enterprise to risk and financial crisis; a system of monitoring processes neutralize risks. Results of research: developed a mechanism for adaptation and risk management enterprise under modern management conditions; offered a series of measures aimed at addressing risks in the enterprise.
