The basic results in astrophysics and millimeter radio astronomy. The new approach is developed to study bipolar outflows of molecular gas in places of a birth and evolution of (proto) stars. Itis based on observation in emission lines of a molecule 13СО. Using data of observations at radio telescope RТ-22 (Simeiz), characteristics of bipolar outflows in 9 areas звездообразования are determined. Peculiarities of a molecule 13СО emission in supernova remnant Kes 79 are investigated and new evidences for interaction of supernova remnant with a giant molecular cloud are found: line broadening of molecular 13СО emission and variability of methanol maser emission at frequency of 95 GHz, discovered by us in 2004. For the first time spectral VLBI observations at the radio telescope RТ-22 (Simeiz, Ukraine) and the radio telescope RТ-22 (Пущино, Russia) are carried out/ The new approach to the decision of the problem formulated by Riemann on gravitational potential of circular torus is developed. The basic results received in the field of radiophysics and electronics of decimeter, millimetric and submillimetric ranges. The monitoring of radiation of molecules of ozone first in Ukraine and carbon monooxide in stratosphere of the Earth is carried out and daily and seasonal variations of them are found. New approaches for creation of amplifiers decimeter wavelength range with high electron mobility transistors (HEMT) with a low power consumption level which can operate in a wide interval of temperatures are developed New experimental approaches to studying the plasmon-polaritonons on a surface of semiconductors are found.
