The effective antenna amplifier scheme for LSS antenna element was designed. The parameters of the amplifier have no analogs in the world. Joint simultaneous observations of the radio emission of the Solar system objects (Sun, Jupiter, Saturn, Radio Recombination Lines, active stars, exoplanets) with radio telescopes UTR-2, URAN-2 (Ukraine) and NDA (France) were conducted. In particular we have registered solar type II bursts with double and triple harmonics, type II bursts with herringbone structure and opposite sign of circular polarization of different components of the burst, type III burst with "split" polarization, unusual narrow band storms of bursts with extremely high polarization degree (up to 80%), solar spikes with super short durations (200-300ms), and "tadpole-like" bursts, which were never observed before. The mutual visits of the French (November, 2011) and Ukrainian (December, 2011) collaborators were organized. During these visits the results of observation were discussed, joint publications were planned and further collaboration plans were considered.
