This work is aimed to develop effective methods and techniques for obtaining of the parameters of wave disturbances in the ionosphere, to process experimental data relating to time intervals without anthropogenic impact. The methods of study are ground radiophysical method of incoherent scatter, the techniques of statistical radiophysics, classical and modern spectral analysis and system analysis. A description of developed algorithms and programs for pre-filtering of time series of incoherent scatter signal intensity as well as developed and improved highly sensitive technique for assessing the parameters of wave disturbances in the ionosphere are given. The technique errors are estimated. The results of modern spectral analysis application are demonstrated.
