It is established, that for CVD tungsten films the erosion factor is close to factor of dispersion of vakuum-arc films and massive (sheet) tungsten ( 0,15 at./an ion at Е=1,2 keV). The erosion factor magnetron films is great enough and monotonously grows with increase in time of dispersion that is caused by that magnetron films high-porous have open porosity. Thus, the metal CVD films possessing low hydrogen permeable and low erosion can serve as enough effective remedy for protection of constructional materials of a thermonuclear reactor from hydrogenous environments (molecular hydrogen, deuterium).
