The pyrographite we got by pyrolysis of gaseous hydrocarbons. We executed the corresponding marketing, analytical, thermodynamic and experimental researches for this purpose.The developers used various programs of thermodynamic calculations as Gas and Solid (GaS), Terra, Fakir, with their help the calculations have been made for definition of the most highly productive processes of silicon reduction from its oxyde and extraction of harmful impurity. The authors also have developed a number of new constructive decisions of thermal equipment for the furnace with an electrothermal fluidized bed and monitoring systems of processing and quality of a ready product. We have got the experimental batches of quartz, capsulated intо pyrographite, and began carrying out of skilled melts with use of the got material for production of pure quartz.
