The theoretical conclusions are based on the dislocation model of HE in the metal confirmed experimentally by the example of steel VSt3sp. It is shown that with increasing degree of preliminary deformation of the metal with hydrogen stress fracture is reduced, while for the metal without hydrogen, it increases. The experimental evidence of enhanced hydrogen initiation / growth of microcracks in plastic at the beginning of metal. The calculation results in increase of the degree of hydrogen embrittlement with decreasing grain size (reduced rate) correlated with experimental results in increase of the degree of hydrogen embrittlement with increasing prior strain hydrogen charged metal. Thus, the theoretical conclusions based on the dislocation model of HE in the metal, are confirmed by experimental data.
