The Method of the study: analysis, generalization and systematization acting normative legal base for activity territorial course, scholastic-methodical centre of civil protection and safety to vital activity. The Main results: as a result of performing the work is prepared project "Typical position about territorial course, scholastic-methodical centre of civil protection and safety to vital activity" for the following statement by order Ministry exceeding situation of the Ukraine and registrations in Ministry of the justices of the Ukraine.
