Theoretical models of group identity in small groups and trust as a phenomenon of dynamic processes of small groups, a conceptual model of functioning of loyalty in a small professional groups were proposed. Empirical verification of fundamentals of developed models and concepts was carried out. Qualitative and quantitative differences in the role identity of pupils with different levels of originality of thinking were revealed. The efficiency of a reflexive approach to the formation of group identity was shown. The influence of a teacher' (coach') sex on the gender consciousness of group identity in educational groups was confirmed.
