With the help of mathematical modeling of mixed materials portions loading and calculations on the mathematical model of blast furnace smelting processes established a distribution influence of components in the portions amount on course of processes, a distribution of temperature zones and gas flow, configuration and location of phase transformations zones , and, in the end, on techno-economic melting indicators . Completed an investigations of axial and peripheral vents parameters in the column charge on the course of processes in the volume of the furnace and melting indicators, which served as the basis for new method developing of blast-furnace smelting. On the basis of supplemental informational- modeling system of profilometer data developed a method for determination of the plastic zone in a blast furnace position.
