Applying the methods of numerical simulations, the conformational transitions of the type "coil-to-rod" are quantitatively described. The adsorption of semiflexible polymers on a fractal substrate is analyzed as well, in particular, the increasing of adsorption transition temperature with increasing the polymer stiffness is found.
