A consistent method of description of kinetics of nanoprocesses in a "gas-metal" systems was elaborated and quantum-statistical model were proposed for consistent description of cooperative dynamics of chemically reacting particles, adsorbed on surface. The obtained results permit to essentially broaden correlation between structural and dynamic properties and microscopic parameters of electron-ion systems with transport phenomena.
