It is showed that liquid density changes weakly influence on the hydrocannon parameters. The simplified method of deflected mode calculation of hydrocannon body are developed for dynamic loads based on theory of strength of materials. The model and methods are worked out for calculations of liquid impact on solid deformed obstacle. The deformation of the plates in hydroimpulse press-cannon are calculated in accepted model. The multichannel laser system for measuring of liquid jet head speed are developed and made for field conditions. The liquid jet head speed varies from 20 to 3000 m/s. Usage of high speed impulse water jets for putting out gas blowout are experimentally researched. The high efficiency of extinguishing by this method are shown.
