An subject of investigation is synthesis of new derivatives of hydrazones of p-benzoquinones, N-arylaminocarbonyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines, determination of structure features of new compounds with the help of modern methods of the analysis, study of reaction ability of the synthesized compounds in reactions with nucleophils, halogens, alcohols, CH-acids. Numbers of new N-arylaminocarbonyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines and hydrazones of p-benzoquinones with different substituents in quinoid ring have been synthesized. The most suitable and least labour-consuming techniques of synthesis of these compounds which are new directions of synthesis of N-substituted 1,4-benzoquinoneimines have been developed. The structures of new synthesized hydrazones of p-benzoquinones and N-arylaminocarbonyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines which have properties of two classes - derivatives of urea and 1,4-benzoquinoneimines have been determined by new modern methods the analysis. Reaction ability of N-arylaminocarbonyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines in reactions with nucleophils, halogens, alcohols, CH-acids was investigated. The structures of the obtained reaction products were established. Combination of properties of two classes of compounds in the one has allowed receiving new heterocyclic compounds. Novelty of work is obtainment of new unknown before compounds - N-arylaminocarbonyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines with different substituents in quinoid ring and hydrazones of p-benzoquinones by use of new directions of synthesis; determination of features of their structure which are caused by influence of the substituent at nitrogen atom of quinoneimine on quinoid ring; production of new products of reactions of N-arylaminocarbonyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines with nucleophils, halogens, alcohols, CH-acids, including unknown before heterocyclic compounds. Results of work considerably expand synthetic possibilities of production of new classes of quinoneimines, expand the knowledge about structure features and influence of substituent at nitrogen atom on quinoid ring. That will allow predicting the properties of new derivatives of p-quinoneimines in the further.
