Work objective - optimization of the energy consumption modes, development of the practical guidelines to decide the energy saving tasks and improve electromagnetic compatibility indices. Investigation methods: methods of the correlation and spectral analysis of random processes, mathematical statistics, multi-objective nonlinear optimization, simulation methods, selective particle swarm optimization. Techniques to consider the impact of flicker and interharmonics on the power losses are developed. Simple technique to estimate additional power losses based on distortion indices is developed. A new effective algorithm for reconfiguration and optimization of voltage and reactive power modes of the complicated radial distribution networks based on selective particle swarm optimization is proposed and tested. Technique to select parameters of the filer-compensating devices in electrical network considering interharmonics is proposed. Results of work can be introduced to electrical utilities and industrial enterprises.
