Methods of researches are based on the use of precision laboratory spectrometers and three Ukrainian radio telescopes - URT - 2, RТ-22 and RТ-70. Researches were carried out in three topics. Experimental and theoretical research of recombination lines of hydrogen and of carbon atoms in decameter range of wavelengths. The technique is developed and observation the recombination lines of hydrogen and of carbon atoms with principal quantum numbers from 520 up to 1020 are carried out. Research space methanol masers in a millimeter range and OH masers in a decimeter range. Observations of methanol masers in 54 sources are carried out. The unknown before maser on transition 8(0)-7(1)A+ in HII region 173.49+2.42 at frequency of 95 GHz is found out. The first observations of OH maser spectra at the radio telescope RT-22 are carried out. In millimetric and submillimetric wavelength range researches of spectra of molecules H2NCOOC2H5, NH2CHO, NH213CHO, NH2CH18O, 15NH2CHO, (СH3)2SO, C2H4NH, 13CH3I are carried out and constants of Hamiltonian are found.
