Changes in 8ScSZ structure in temperature range 50-1200 C were investigated by NMR 45Sc stationary method. By NMR H1 data 8ScSZ and 8YSZ porous structure forms when deleting of adsorbed and poral water. Grately differing by dimension mezopores in 8ScSZ and narrow mezopores of definite size at visible microporosity in 8YSZ form. By 45Sc NMR spectra in 8ScSZ the structural surroundings of Sc3+ ions in stcurture volume and in surface layer are the same. Loss of ignition in xCeSZ samples at 500-600 C caused by surface OH-groups are proportional to impurity ions content.
