Research target – development of research methods for the composition and properties of inorganic polymeric nanosystem. Research methods: thermodynamic calculations, quantum-chemical computation. It is determined that for the synthesis of photonic crystals the most promising substances are polistirol, germanium, vanadium oxides, silicium, tungsten, titan, barium, strontium, zinc, gallium, copper, nickel. Thus for the obtaining of materials with the foreseen and predictable properties following methods are used: lithographic, holographic, self-assembly of monodisperse colloidal particles. It is reasonable to carry out the research of the hypothetical nanocrystalline systems properties by the method of quantum-chemical computation particularly with the use of MATERIALS STUDIO program package. The efficiency of the calculation method of Gibbs potential minimization is shown for the research of influence of composition and temperature on properties of the synthesized nanocrystals. This method is realized in the program package "Selector". Fields of use: researches and developments in the area of natural sciences, production of semiconductor materials.
