The aim of work - experimental verification of the validity of the discovered phenomenon of electrochemical phase formation of metallic materials through a stage of liquid state. Methods of investigation - scanning electron microscopy andmicrostructural analysis. As the results of completion of scientific research work a unit and electrochemical cells for obtaining of metals being electrodeposited in the field of a centrifugal force were developed and constructed. Using the developed equipment it was found the regular changes of form of metals (copper and nickel) being electrodeposited under the influence of a centrifugal force, which includes an increase of length and thickness of deposits in the direction of the force action with a change of their configuration depending on the overload value. It was also found preferred development of deposits of metals being electrodeposited beyond the edge of the cathode in the direction of action of a centrifugal force parallel to the crystallization front. The obtained results prove the validity of the phenomenon of electrochemical phase formation of metallic materials through a stage of liquid state. The results of the work bring fundamental changes to the existing conception of phase formation of metallic materials during their electrochemical deposition and determine new directions for obtaining of electrochemical coatings with enhanced properties.
