The possibility of increasing the competitive capacity of these alloys by improving their physical-mechanical properties that provide high surface quality of prostheses for prosthetic dentistry is developed and substantiated. It is shown, that almost all the coatings of coronary stents undergo aggressive reaction from the patient's body, which is the cause of corrosion of construction elements, destruction of coatings and the stent. Noted that the overriding criterion of coating thrombogenicity is reduce of the fibrinogen concentration more than 30%, decreasing the quantity of platelets in blood by 35% and the change their functional activity in the presence of different concentrations on inductor of platelet aggregation (adenosine diphosphate). The regularity of vessel wall thickening by using coatings of inorganic genesis is described. Stainless steel stent without the coating increases the thickness of the vessel wall by 40%, and fluorine-containing polyurethane urea less impact on the vessel wall thickening at the site of its implantation.
