A catalog standard deviation is 0.027" in right ascension and 0.051" in declination. 580 plates images are processed and catalog of star position is obtained on the mean epoch of J1975.0 (more than 90 thousand reference stars (6-14)m from Tycho2 catalog with a standard deviation of about 0.07" in both coordinates and 150 thousand identified stars (9-16)m with standard deviation of 0.092" in right ascension and 0.129" in declination). Software for identification and processing of scanned images, as well as database and retrieval system of scientific library of RI NAO were created. The work (cooperation with MAO NASU) on creation of UkrVO website and and preparation of UkrVO membership in the International virtual Observatory Alliance (IVOA) were carried out.
