Clinical effectiveness of integrated approach towards prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemic and haemorrhagic stroke types was stated. We designed diagnostic algorithm for early stroke diagnosis using angiography in acute period, aimed to identify the ethiology of stroke and the selection of patients for the most adequate method of treatment and prophylaxes of stroke in each case. Treatment clinical protocols in patients with stroke were developed. Clinical diagnostic criteria for predicting possible rupture of intracranial aneurysms were marked.
