V., Registration Date 09-02-2012 Organization Khmelnytskiy National University popup.description2 The theoretical and applied foundations of processing two technical oils have been developed on the system basis. The two technical oils - ripol and soyeol - are processed into biomaterials of new generation with the predetermined properties for different fields of application. But their major application is for fuel-lubricating materials. The promising directions, methods and technological foundations have been determined. In particular, they include the compositional mixtures of oil and the optimization character of compositions of the type of riprytsol-n, soyerytsol-n, etc. (where n is the content of additional oils in compols). The comprehensive processing according to 3-4 module principle has been expanded and improved. The emphasis on key tribochemical and tribotechnical problems of application of new materials has been made. The orientation to stage-by-stage development of the project for production of a wide range of materials of new generation - biosynthetic materials has been achieved. The project is adapted for small and medium capacity to bring it closer to the suppliers of oils and the consumers of new production. New methods and technological foundations of modifying compols have been developed which resulted in obtaining the materials with high functional properties and operational characteristics. Base bio-oils which are tribochemically active in friction units have been obtained by the following methods: the method of glycerolysis with the obtaining of compols of the type glyceriprytsol-20 and glycesoyerytsol-20; by sulphidizing the glycerolized bio-oils with the obtaining of new base bio-oils of the type glyceriprytsol-20-nS, where n is the content of sulphide groups in the range of 8-10 % of the mass; by sulphidizing the solutions of the composition 1:1 of the glycerolized oils in technical bio-liquids with the obtaining of sulphide- containing oils; the method of alkoholysis of compols with high-molecular spirits (industrial spirits) of the buthanol, isobuthanol type, etc. with the obtaining of bio-liquids of new generation with are adapted with traditional ones; the method of glycolysis of compols by medium - and high-molecular glycols (di-, tri-, tetra-Et-glycols), laprols - 202.602 with the obtaining of tribochemically active glycolized base bio-oils of the glyriprytsol-20, glysoyerytsol-20 type. For the first time the method and technologies of transforming base bio-oils into a new class of lubricants - bio-oils - additives with additive elements of polyfunctional avtion have been suggested (S-, SP-, SPN, SPB-additives). The complex of functional characteristics and tribochemical indicators of new biosynthetic materials has been determined. These characteristics and indicators have been investigated experimentally, with tests on additives and tribometers. The method of obtaining lubricating-cooling agents for metal treatment from ripol and a number of practical products derived from it has been perfected.
