The objective is to determine the theoretical and methodological principles of forming the structure of quality management and efficient use of productive capacity of the enterprise. Data processing was performed by use of computer technology and software. During the performance: generalized theoretical approaches to the nature of product quality and production potential of light industry; identified and grouped into organizational and economic factors forming quality management system in enterprises of light industry; researched and systematized methodological approaches evaluating the quality of light industry products; refined components manufacturing potential of light industry; the specified components of the production potential of light industry enterprises; the basic methodological approaches for evaluation of production potential; reasonably model the business process as a basis for improving the quality of light industry products JSC duting sewing factory "Lily"; evaluated the financial component of productive capacity duting Garment Factory OJSC "Lily" and reasonable recommendations to improve the process of forming its size; practically verified the theoretical results.
