The purpose of work is determination of theoretical and methodical principles of management of enterprise export potential. In the process of research work approaches of the systems and complex were used. Research methods: sociological methods, traditional methods of economic analysis, economic and mathematical methods, method of expert estimations. Processing of data was carried out by the use of computer technologies and software. During implementation of work: theoretical and methodical bases of forming and realization of export potential of machine-building enterprise are investigated; export potential of enterprises of machine-building industry of Ukraine is analysed; the estimation of export capacities of separate machine-building enterprises of the Khmel'nyts'kyy area is carried out; the problems of increase of efficiency of the use of export potential of enterprise of machine-building are systematized; theoretical results are practically tested. Results of research work: the mechanism of forming and realization of export potential of machine-building enterprise is developed; the method of estimation of export capacities of machine-building enterprise is got.
