The work purpose - creation of typical technical decisions of tent roofs for maintenance of carrying out of mass reconstruction and major repairs of coverings. Typical technical decisions are developed on an example buildings-representatives of the specified series and intended for use at reconstruction flat (combined with a roof) coverings with the device in space of a tent roof: - a cold attic from wooden designs; - penthouses from metal and wooden bearing designs. Technical decisions provide device possibility in space of a tent roof of additional premises or other auxiliary uninhabited premises with attraction of means interested legal and physical persons, and also change of visual perception of existing building. Users results NDR are the enterprises and the organizations working in branch of building and housing and communal services irrespective of patterns of ownership and private persons. Results NDR it is planned to finish to the enterprises and the organizations working in branch of building and housing and communal services, and other consumers by their placings on an official web site of Minregion of Ukraine, distribution of the printing version of Albums of technical decisions, informing during carrying out of seminars, conferences and other actions which will organize or supports Minregion Ukraini. Look-ahead assumptions of development of object of researches - albums of typical technical decisions demand definition of the integrated cost indexes of constructive elements and kinds of civil work. These works can be executed within the limits of corresponding NDR with the assistance of experts of institute "NDIPROEKTREKONSTRUKTSIA" within 2012.
