Objective: To identify fundamental laws control the relationships of processes occurring at different levels of scale, the formation of nanostructured materials under pressure, and use the knowledge gained to develop the scientific foundations of technology for nanostructure formation under pressure. Methods of research: mathematical modeling, optical and electron microscopy, X-ray analysis, mechanical testing, magnetic susceptibility measurements. Results: The first considered the formation, structure and mechanical properties of metal-matrix composites, obtained by methods of extrusion screw, new methods of solid-state processing of polymers using a simple shear deformation - equal channel multi-angle and equal-channel T-shaped extrusion, screw extrusion, as well as combined methods, including two-stage solid-phase extrusion processes. Projected use of the results of all examined in the report processes and structural changes are multilevel and multimasshtabnymi, they are fundamentally nonequilibrium character, which is a new perspective for further studies on the kinetics and mechanisms of formation and properties of nano mezosistem in extreme conditions.
