The purpose of the work is to develop and approve medical technical tools and algorithms of the knowledge bank. The research methods are analytical, experimental ones, physical modeling and mathematical simulation. The results are obtained. The development, adjustment and laboratory tests of the computerized dynamometer are carried out. The prototypes of the device for diagnosis of the rupture of ankle joint ligaments, the specialized tool for tightening screwed bodies of compression-distraction devices, four versions of the upper artificial limb and a vertebral simulator are tested in medical establishments. The design documentation of the device for diagnosis of the rupture of ankle joint ligaments is corrected using the results of approbation in a medical institution. The advisability of implementation of the developed tools for series production is examined. Exploratory research on an analysis of the opportunity of estimating the wear rate of hinges of endoprosthetic appliance using an acoustic method and applying a computer processing acoustic signals for an automated diagnostics using the percussion method is continued. Algorithms for processing acoustic signals are based on calculations of their median frequency. General models and algorithms of functioning of the multi-purpose knowledge bank are experimentally approved. The results of this works may be used for creating new technical tools and software for medical using as well as for development of methods of their applying. Applications: medical technical systems.
