The article of research is scientifically methodical ground of floods forming on mountain watersheds on the basis of mathematical modelling and analysis of the recognition proper consulting model. In the process of implementation of work the mathematical models of water flow forming processes are built taking into account landscape hydrological features of columbine and the possible consulting model of recognition is offered. The got results are geared-up to approbation the program of the global informative system (GIS) of aquicultural objects of region.
