Aim of research - exploring the status of the problem, identifying areas for research, development of structure of methodical maintenance for space systems analysis, studying the global trends in space activity. Research methods - systems analysis, mathematical modeling, numerical methods, multivariate statistical analysis, information and analytical method. Results obtained: modules of a mathematical model for launch vehicle are developed that allow at the initial design stage to determine mass-dimensional characteristics of payload fairings, aerodynamic characteristics of launch vehicles, and constraints for maximum permissible values of main engines throat diameters; the new method of identification of parameters of autoregressive equations systems is developed; application of this method improves quality of modeling of space-rocket technical objects by results of their functioning; mathematical formalism is developed that allows to describe any precedent base (including the operation of space-rocket objects) as well as to implement an inductive formal model for approximation with given accuracy of forecast parameters of evolution of complex systems; analysis of modern methods for assessing cost efficiency of space systems and space programs is carried out, advantages and disadvantages of the methods and techniques being shown; three-year statistics and review of the current situation of the global launch services market are presented; commercial space transportation forecast for 2011-2020 is presented; trends of development of honeycomb structures for space-rocket hardware are shown.The analysis was carried out and the task of determining the priority projects of the National target scientific and technical space program of Ukraine in the conditions of insufficient the budget financing was formulated. The models for comparison of the multi-criteria alternatives and the technolo-gies of decision-making that are necessary for formation of the composition of the space program are defined.
