Results the investigation and their novelty: the complex analysis of problem of co-operation of organs of power with public organizations and political parties in the field of public youth policy on national and regional levels is carried out; the forms of co-operation of organs of power and institutes of civil society in a youth sphere are investigated; the basic forms of participation of young people in realization of public youth policy and co-operating with the organs of state power are generalized; the role of consultative deliberative organs and their influence on making decision in relation to the social becoming and development of young people in Ukraine is certained; experience of practical activity of organs of executive power in relation to a collaboration from non-govermental organisations in the field of the social becoming and development of young people is studied; the ways of improvement of informative constituent of mechanism of collaboration of organs of power with the institutes of civil society in the field of public youth policy are certain; the ways of introduction of mechanism of "social order" in the field of public youth policy are mine-out; the analysis of foreign experience is conducted on co-operation of organs of power and youth public organizations; the ways of improvement of co-operation of organs of power and youth public organizations are certain; a methodical textbook "Activity of local authorities on support of youth organizations in Ukraine: ways of improvement" is given out; a scientific textbook "Co-operation of public authorities and youth public organizations" is prepared.
