The analysis of using the dried mineral dressing in quarry is performed. The results of introduction of dried magnetic off-grade ore on the concentration plan are examined. The main scientific-and-technical designs for making the off-grade ore technology in the quarry are studied. The manufacturing schemes for off-grade oxide ore and unoxidized ore in the quarries are devised. The formation of off-grade ore technology in quarry is justified on basis of mining-and-technological conditions and developed classification of contact ore zones and barren rock zones in the earthmoving faces. The influence of different types of contact zones, parameters of backhole loader and authoring systems on losses and ore dilution are specified. The ore improving and reduction of losses at the working of contact zones and off-grade ores are reached by the off-grade ore technology in the quarry in complexes with cycle-flow technology.
