The research goal is to develop an independent pneumatic system of the vibration protection for a driver's seat with various kinematic diagrams for including a vibration protection module (VPM) in the driver's seat suspension of a vehicle and a hand pump. The research methods are calculations and experiments. The results obtained: theoretical and experimental studies on determination of rational design parameters of the VPM are carried out; a design and the design documentation are developed, a pneumatic system of the vibration protection of a driver's seat with the VPM, a hand pump and a straight inclusion is manufactured; experimental investigations of the VPM developed prototypes including as components of a driver's seat of a vehicle are conducted; the vibration protection system provides a quasi-zero stiffness at the average operational section of a statistic characteristic and a progressive increase in stiffness under bump and back stroke. The research results will be used at subsequent stages of the development of the vibration protection system for a driver's seat with a radically new guiding device.
