Real regimes of a loading of a rotor which are defined with use of parameters of the automated control system by processes of the turbine-driven set and the account of prominent features of an elastic-plastic straining of metal are considered. Algorithms and the software which allow to consider history of an elastic-plastic cyclic straining of a material of a rotor in points of diagnosing are developed and to define its damageability from low-cycle fatigue and creep taking into account change of voltage and temperature in a time.
