Aim of investigation: preparation of the working materials on trends in systems implementation of mobile communications services and systems of the fixed and broadcasting satellite services that will contribute to the successful integration of Ukraine into the European communications system and global information space in terms of the efficient radio frequency resources use. Results: analyzed the results of studies that were carried out within the ITU-R and examined the contributions of various international and regional organizations under agenda item 1.13 of WRC-12 and analyzed the issues proposed for study at the next WRC-15 and decisions taken at WRC -12. Prepared materials-recommendations on the prospects for national frequency bands allocation identified as WRC-12 candidate for the modern mobile communication systems. Effectivity: in terms of efficient radio frequency resources use was shown that spectrum allotment and LTE implementation in Ukraine will promote economically effective and successful introduction of new mobile communications 4G technologies and systems of the fixed and broadcasting satellite services.
