Goal of research is to construct GMDH-neural network with hybrid neuron as ortho-neuron, Q-neuron and adaptive wavelon, which have increasing approximation properties, decision making methods for instance state under uncertainty conditions based on evolutionary interval fuzzy models. The evolutionary architecture with ortho-neurons, Q-neurons and adaptive wavelons what allow to increase both approximation properties and learning rate are introduced. The GMDH-wavelet-neuro-fuzzy network based on proposed hybrid neuron are proposed. The hybrid wavelet-neuro-fuzzy networks which compose both cascaded and GMDH-systems advantages are introduced. Evolutionary hybrid identification models of nonlinear dynamical plant with variable structure based on fuzzy neural network and artificial immune systems and decision making methods for instance state under uncertainty conditions based on evolutionary interval fuzzy models are proposed.
