The increase of power and power indexes of SWT is provided by the use in their construction of technical decisions that is based on the useful use of inertia (centrifugal and coriolis) forces. The use of these technical decisions is reasonable and for utilization of surplus heat of mine boiler rooms with the use of hot - water boilers. For utilization of surplus heat of the mine compressor stations the use of warm power options working on blenderized workers bodies is reasonable. Development and research of mathematical models, reasonable technical decisions and thermal charts with their application, determination of power and power indexes, optimization of parameters on the base of economical - mathematical design are directions perfection theoretical bases of utilization surplus heat of mine power objects.
