A limit of temperature-velocity interval of process realization of the twin-roll casting process in terms of technological limitations of the process had been determined with the help of mathematical modeling. The optimal parameters of the twin-roll casting process of high-strength aluminum alloy and steel on the basis of the force acting on the rolls at twin-roll casting and quality of the strip surface had been experimentally determined.
