Objective of researches is development of optimization methods of design procedures of radio-electronic device's with generic output functions and distribution laws using object-orientated forming methods of mathematical models of the operability region, tolerance regions and designing boundaries. Methods of researches are modeling of physical processes using tools of engineering analysis, methods of optimization. Formation methods of object-orientated models of an operability region and project decisions during design of supporting structure's elements and heat-removing elements by mapping of construction's elements' linear dimensions into the space of reciprocal values were developed. The mathematical model of the operability region of radio-electronic devices is formed in a shape of an ellipsoidal hypersurface in which parameters of ellipsoids are defined by the condition of tangent hypersurfaces to an output function and to an ellipsoidal hypersurface identity. Optimization equations of linear dimensions of finned and pin radiators taking into account constructive and technological boundary conditions during production of heat-removing devices were obtained. Optimization method of overall dimensions of heat-removing elements and supporting constructions of radio-electronic devices which allow for reducing of its mass and volume was developed. The software for heat-removing elements and supporting constructions of radio-electronic devices design was developed. Taken results are better then existing in the world analogs. Developed optimization methods of elements construction of radio-electronic devices were introduced in design of hermetic blocks of satellite-borne equipment. Using of this methods lets to provide 2-4 times reduction of radiators' mass comparing with standard radiators and 20-30% reducing of blocks volume. Field of application is radio-electronic sector.
