For the estimation of the functional state of vascular endothelia, system of synthesis of oxide of nitrogen, cardiovascular system, level of physical capacity the methods of echocardiography's (ultrasonic research of heart with the use of ultrasonic scintiscanner of firm Siemens) were in-process utillized, biochemical analysis of plasma of blood, test with reactive hyperemia on the method of D.S. Celermajer with the use of vehicle for ultrasonic research of "Ul'tima Pro-30", submaximal test of PWC170. It is first rotined that the process of long duration adaptation of organism to the physical loadings is accompanied considerable changes in a state of vascular endothelia and system of synthesis of oxide of nitrogen and it becomes reason of the proper adequate functional changes from the side of the systems of central and peripheral hemodynamics, which provide the necessary level of adaptation of the trained organism and adequate level of his physical capacity and aerobic power. It is first rotined that at the trained persons, regardless of floor, a dominant value in providing of necessary level of oxide of nitrogen has an oxidizing constitutive way of transformation of L-arginin with participation of constitutive NO-syntase (above all things, endothelial origin) and reutilization way of synthesis of oxide of nitrogen with participation of nytrat at high enough intensity of arginase way of metabolism of L-arginin .
