The subject of research: determinants of optimization of methodology in the field of social cognition, content and methodic of philosophical education for students who study on humanitarian faculties of Ukrainian high schools. The aim of research: to elaborate the system of principles, providing both innovating search of scientific social cognitive methodology and innovating search of conception to improve the methodic and content of philosophical education for students who study on humanitarian faculties of Ukrainian high schools. The theoretical and methodological grounds of research include the methods of philosophy as the form that provides explication of cognitive structures, which determinate human attitude to the world. Scientific novelty is contained in the argumentation of the principles, concerning subject-object-subject model of: a) social cognition; b) social diagnostic; c) social forecast; d) social projecting; e) public administration. According to these grounds the conception, aiming on content and methodic innovating of philosophical education for students who study at humanitarian faculties of Ukrainian high schools, was elaborated both in theory and practice.
