Results: methodological approaches to the implementation of local clinical pathway for medical care of hypertensive patients in the State Institution of Science "Research and Practical Center of Preventive and Clinical Medicine" State Administrative Department has been elaborated. Complex estimation of results of implementation of local clinical pathway for hypertensive patients has been done. Analyses showed improvement of efficiency and quality of care delivered to hypertensive patients one year after implementation of local clinical pathway. Peculiarities of development of extrapyramidal system troubles in people after stroke have been showed. Features of encephalopathy's course caused by blood flow troubles of the brain in people with hypothyroidism have been found. Influence of electromagnetic fields on the vestibular system's sensitivity and arterial pressure has been shown. Peculiarities of arterial hypertension course in people with hyperuricemia and gout have been established. Comparative description of hypertensive patients with symptomatic erythrocytosis and polycythaemia vera with the results of immunoferment analysis and histological features of the bone marrow has been presented.
